Stuffed Turkey Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground turkey
    2 cans mushroom soup
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. ground pepper
    2 c. ready made stuffing
    3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix turkey, onion, salt and pepper.
    Divide into 12 equal portions.
    Flatten into patties and fill six patties with 2 tablespoons dressing.
    Cover with other 6 patties.
    Fry in deep skillet in 2 tablespoons oil until done on both sides.
    Add mushroom soup, which has been mixed with milk and simmer 30 minutes, adding nutmeg last.
