Mom M'S Chili Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 gal. ripe tomatoes
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 qt. (4 c.) diced onions
    1 c. diced green peppers
    1 qt. vinegar
    2 lb. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1/4 c. canning salt
    few drops oil of cloves
    oil of cinnamon
Preparation
    Wash and quarter tomatoes.
    Cook (boil) 15 minutes.
    Drain off half or more juice.
    Puree in blender the tomatoes.
    Add all ingredients.
    Put in largest roaster.
    Cook in slow oven at 325\u00b0 until thick, 2 to 3 hours.
    Seal in hot sterilized jars and seal. Makes 11 pints.
