Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
6 c. shredded cabbage (1 small head)
1 c. shredded carrots (about 3)
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar and salt.
Add cabbage, carrots and green pepper.
Toss well to coat. Cover and chill.
