Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ground meat
1 c. chopped onion
3 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes, broken up
3 (15 oz.) cans light red kidney beans
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
3 to 4 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
-
In a skillet or large pan, brown meat and onion.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover and simmer for at least 1 hour (longer is better).
