Hatties Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 pkg. frozen coconut
Preparation
    I usually make a white cake, 2 layer and slice into 4 layers. After making the cake and frosting it, refrigerate.
