Chop Suey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in strips
1/2 lb. veal, cut in strips
1/2 lb. pork, cut in strips
1 1/2 cans mushrooms
5 cans beef broth
1 stalk celery, diced
6 onions, diced
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
salt and pepper
Preparation

Brown the meat in a little oil.
Mix all together and cook 3 hours.
May be thickened a little.
