Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 diced apples
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 oz. butterscotch morsels

Preparation

Mix ingredients; pour into 9 x 12-inch greased pan.
Sprinkle morsels over top.
Bake 45 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
