Tunaburger Bernice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (6 1/2 or 7 oz.) cans tuna, drained
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. pkg. seasoned dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
dash of hot pepper sauce
Preparation

In medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
Divide mixture into 6 equal portions.
Form patties with press in the hamburger containers.
Stack and seal tunaburgers.
Store in refrigerator or freezer.
