Tuna Cheese Braid - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna
    3/4 c. celery
    1/4 c. green onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. pickle relish, drained
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. white wine
    1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Lightly grease cookie sheet.
    Mix celery, onions and relish.
    Stir in mayonnaise (1/4 cup).
    Mix Bisquick and wine until soft dough forms.
    Turn dough on floured cloth. Knead lightly 20 times.
    Roll dough into rectangle; 14 x 11-inches, place on cookie sheet.
    Spoon tuna mixture on lengthwise down center, sprinkle with cheese.
