Pavlova(Australian) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. corn flour (cornstarch)
Preparation
    Beat eggs and salt until very stiff.
    Mix sugar and cornstarch and gradually add to eggs while beating.
    Gently fold in vinegar and vanilla.
    Beat to blend.
    Pile on a baking sheet.
    Spread around, making a wall around the edges.
