P.K.'S Mostaccioli And Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 medium onion
    3/4 lb. mushrooms
    1 clove garlic
    1/3 to 1/2 c. dry white wine
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    1/2 c. red wine (Burgundy works well)
    1 lb. mostaccioli, cooked
    1 1/2 to 2 c. marinara sauce or tomato sauce
    1 tsp. basil or oregano
    salt and pepper to taste
    Jack cheese
Preparation
    Chop onion, mushrooms and garlic.
    Brown in olive oil in large skillet.
    Add white wine and simmer until reduced.
    Slice Italian sausage and brown with mixture.
    Add red wine.
    When reduced by half, add mostaccioli and marinara or tomato sauce.
    Add basil or oregano, salt and pepper to taste.
