Chicken Nancy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips about 1/2-inch wide
2 c. flour
dash of pepper
1 c. oil (Wesson)
1 c. white, dry wine
1 lemon rind, cut up very fine
2/3 c. lemon juice
1/2 lb. Proscuitto, rolled and cut very fine
1/2 lb. butter or margarine
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/4 c. chicken stock (broth)
Preparation

Flour chicken strips and saute in hot oil until golden brown. Remove to baking dish. Discard oil from pan.
Melt butter. Add chicken broth, lemon juice, lemon rind, Proscuitto,
wine and garlic.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Pour over chicken and serve.
