Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced, pared apples
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. flour
    1/3 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Mound apples in buttered pie pan.
    Pour on orange juice.
    In separate bowl, combine sugar, spices, salt and flour.
    Cut in butter until crumbly.
    Sprinkle over apples.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
