Pimento Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can evaporated milk
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    4 oz. diced pimento (I drain it)
    about 4 oz. sweet pickle relish
Preparation
    Place milk and cheese (chopped up) in top of double boiler. Heat until melted.
    Add pimento and pickle relish.
    Can be served hot as a dip.
    Refrigerate until firm to spread for sandwiches.
