Nana'S Carrots And Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
dash of salt
1/3 c. pineapple juice (add water to make 1/3 c.)
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. soy sauce (optional)
1 lb. cooked carrots, drained
8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

Mix together sugar, cornstarch and salt.
Add the 1/3 cup pineapple juice, vinegar and soy sauce and bring to a boil.
Add cooked carrots and crushed pineapple.
Heat and serve.
