Egg Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pastry shells
    1 tsp. oil
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Bake pastry shells for 10 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven.
    Beat eggs. Mix eggs, milk, sugar and oil together in a bowl.
    Pour mix into pastry shells.
    Bake 20 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven until light golden brown.
