Cranberry Relish Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
1 c. hot water
1 orange, quartered, seeded but not peeled
1 1/2 c. raw cranberries
1 apple, cored and sliced
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. pecans
Preparation

Place the gelatin and hot water in blender.
Blend a few seconds to dissolve gelatin and add the remaining ingredients, except pecans.
Blend until chopped.
Add the pecans and blend. Turn into mold.
Unmold on bed of greens (lettuce, spinach, etc.). Serve with a dressing made from equal parts of mayonnaise and whipped cream.
