1 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 (6 3/4 oz.) can chunk ham or chicken
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
