Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
3/4 c. bell pepper
3/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream-style corn
3/4 c. grated Velveeta cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped jalapeno pepper
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Morrison's corn bread mix
2 eggs
Preparation

Saute in butter the bell pepper and onions.
Mix all ingredients in one large bowl.
Pour into buttered 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.
Sprinkle with a little cheese on top of casserole.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for approximately 35 to 45 minutes.
Test for doneness.
