Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. soda
2 c. mashed bananas
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (with juice)
Preparation

Mix together by hand.
Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
