Chocolate Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. sifted cake flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sweet milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. shortening
    5 eggs
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. cocoa
Preparation
    Cream shortening and butter; add sugar and beat and cream until well blended.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Sift flour and dry ingredients together three times.
    Add to other mixture alternately with milk, to which vanilla has been added.
    Blend thoroughly.
    Turn into a greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
