Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 onion, sliced
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 lb. shredded cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Slice potatoes and onion; place in baking dish.
    Add butter, salt and pepper.
    Blend soup with 1 can of milk; pour over other ingredients.
    Top with shredded cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
