Amaretto Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 c. milk, scalded
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. Amaretto
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine eggs and sugar in a medium mixing bowl.
    Slowly add scalded milk,
    stirring
    constantly.
    Stir in rice, cinnamon, Amaretto
    and
    vanilla.
    Spoon mixture into a buttered 1 1/2 quart
    baking
    dish.
    Place dish in a larger shallow pan; add 1 inch
    of
    water
    to pan.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour; stir mixture.
    Sprinkle\tevenly with nutmeg and bake an additional 30 minutes.
    Remove dish from pan; let cool.
