Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. rice
    3 c. water
    pinch of salt
    1 egg
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine rice, water and salt.
    Bring to a boil, then turn down on low for 1/2 hour with lid.
    Mix egg, sugar and vanilla. Combine with rice and bring to a boil, then turn off.
