Spaghetti All'Olio - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. olive or vegetable oil
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 to 3/4 lb. cooked spaghetti
    broccoli (optional)
Preparation
    Heat oil and garlic in frying pan.
    Cook until garlic is brown.
    (If using olive oil, add about 1/4 cup water slowly to thin it out.)
    Add parsley, pepper and broccoli (optional) and simmer about 5 minutes.
    Serve over cooked spaghetti.
