Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Carrots, chopped small
    3 Celery stalks, chopped small
    2 Tomatoes, chopped small
    1/4 c. Ranch Dressing
    1 box Noodles
    1 Green Pepper, chopped small
    Salt & Pepper to taste
    2 pinches Parsley
    Garlic Salt or Powder to Taste
Preparation
    Boil 3 cups of water; add Noodles; cook for 10-12 minutes; drain, and rinse.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Chill and serve.
