Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. oil or oleo
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    4 ripe smashed bananas
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar, oil, buttermilk, soda, bananas, vanilla and flour.
    When all mixed, add nuts last.
    Bake in 2 loaf pans that have been oiled and floured.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
