Scotch Trifle For Busy People - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pound cake (bought)
    sherry
    1 medium can Del Monte fruit cocktail
    1 pkg. vanilla pudding, made by directions on pkg.
    1 c. heavy cream
    2 to 4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cut up pound cake and layer it in bottom of bowl.
    Sprinkle with sherry until absorbed.
    Drain very well the fruit cocktail and spread over cake.
    Cover with vanilla pudding.
    Whip the cream and sweeten with 2 to 4 tablespoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
    Spread over vanilla pudding.
