Skillet Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices turkey bacon
    1 medium potato, cut into small cubes
    2 green onions, with tops sliced
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    4 eggs, mixed together with 2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Place potatoes and turkey bacon in skillet (nonstick).
    Cover and cook over medium heat, about 12 minutes, stirring often until potatoes are fork-tender.
    Stir in onion and chili powder.
    Pour eggs over and cover.
    Reduce heat to low and cook 5 minutes or until set.
    Cut and serve.
