Southern Baked Rabbit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 young, tender rabbits
    4 Tbsp. vinegar
    salt, pepper and butter
    2 onions, minced
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. minced ham
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 sprig thyme
    1 bay leaf
    3 sprigs parsley
    1 c. chopped mushrooms
Preparation
    Clean rabbits, then cut in pieces at joints.
    Cover with cold water.
    Add vinegar and let stand overnight.
    Drain and dry well. Rub with salt, pepper and butter.
    Place in baking pan in 400\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
