Cream Of Tomato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. fresh or canned tomato
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. sugar
    3 c. milk, scalded
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook fresh tomato and onion 20 minutes (if canned, 10 minutes).
    Process tomato and onion.
    Put in blender through sieve or food processor.
    Cool.
    Blend sugar and flour into melted margarine.
    Gradually add tomato.
    Stir over low heat until thickened.
    Gradually blend in scalded milk.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Do not boil.
    If it curdles, put in blender.
