Saucy Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. unpared zucchini, sliced (4 to 5 c.)
    2 medium onions, thinly sliced
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 to 1 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1/2 to 1 c. Post Toasties or bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook zucchini and onions in small amount
    of boiling water until tender.
    Do not overcook.
    In a small saucepan, melt margarine.
    Blend in flour and salt.
    Add all at once to the milk and stir until it thickens.
    Sauce should be real thick.
    Combine sauce with the zucchini.
    Place in casserole and top with cheese and crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
