Porcupine Meat Balls And Veggies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 c. Minute rice
    2 cans tomato soup
    2 cans water
    2 potatoes, cut up
    2 carrots, cut up
    1 onion
Preparation
    Combine beef, egg, salt, rice and 1/2 of soup mix. Mix well. Form into golf ball size balls.
    Mix soups and water.
    Pour in oven bag.
    Add vegetables and meatballs in 1/2 soup mix.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 60 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Depends on the size you cut them.
