Belgian Broccoli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. broccoli
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 large onion, chopped
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt (may be too much)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Cook fresh broccoli until tender or thaw 2 packages of frozen broccoli.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil; brown broccoli in oil with onion, parsley flakes, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add chicken broth and cook until liquid reduces, about 3 to 4 minutes.
