Company Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices bread
2/3 lb. mild Cheddar cheese
8 eggs
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
chopped ham to taste (optional)
sausage to taste (optional)
dried beef to taste (optional)
bacon chips to taste (optional)
Preparation

Cube bread.
Place bread in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add cheese to top of bread.
Beat eggs well and add to eggs; milk, salt, dry mustard and pepper, mix.
Pour over bread and cheese. Refrigerate overnight.
Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours in 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 oven.
