Good Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up
    1 1/2 c. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    paprika to taste
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. Crisco
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Combine salt, pepper, paprika and flour.
    Add chicken and coat 2 to 3 pieces at a time.
    Heat margarine and Crisco in an electric skillet or cast-iron skillet
    until a drop of water sizzles in it. Brown meaty chicken first, then add remaining pieces.
    When lightly browned, reduce heat and add 2 tablespoons of water. Cover and cook 30 to 40 minutes.
    Uncover the last 10 minutes.
