Mallow-Whipt And Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. hot mashed sweet potatoes
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Kraft miniature marshmallows

Preparation

Combine sweet potatoes, margarine, orange juice and salt. Whip in 1 cup marshmallows.
Place in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Top with additional marshmallows; return to oven until marshmallows are lightly browned.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
