Ingredients
    2 whole pork tenderloins about 3/4 lb. each
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. Dijon or spicy brown mustard
    2 cans (15 oz.) whole cranberry sauce
    12 flour tortillas (plain, whole wheat or sesame)
