Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. zucchini, shredded or diced
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. Velveeta cheese
1 onion, chopped
1 sweet pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can mushroom soup
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Pour into greased baking dish and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
