Spanish Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 tsp. oil
1 c. raw rice
1 lb. ground meat
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 large onion, minced
2 c. canned tomato
6 Tbsp. catsup
Preparation
-
Cook first 3 items until meat is brown.
Add other ingredients in order.
Cover and turn heat to low cook 45 minutes.
Do not lift cover after heat is turned down.
This is best cooked in iron skillet or heavy pan.
