Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (11 oz.) can sauerkraut
1 c. finely cut celery
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 small green pepper, chopped fine
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Drain sauerkraut.
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
Keeps well for 2 weeks.
Serves 6 to 8.
