Party Chicken(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    8 slices bacon
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. chipped beef
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted *
    1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted *
    1 (16 oz.) sour cream *
    1/2 to 1 c. dry sherry or dry wine
    pasta or wild rice
Preparation
    Lightly grease casserole dish (can use cooking spray).
    Cover bottom of dish with chipped beef slices.
    Wrap each chicken breast, lengthwise, with a slice of bacon and arrange on top of chipped beef.
    Mix sour cream, soup and sherry or wine; pour over chicken. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 uncovered 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
    Serve over pasta or wild rice.
