Moist Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. soda
3/4 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 c. milk plus 1 c. hot coffee
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Add oil, coffee and milk.
Mix at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Beat 2 more minutes.
(Batter will be thin.)
Pour into two greased and floured cake pans or 2 (9 x 1 1/2-inch) pans.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Cool cake 15 minutes before removing from pans.
Frost with favorite icing.
