Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 c. cooked chicken, diced (6 boneless chicken breasts)
    12 flour tortillas
    3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 can mild green chiles
Preparation
    Boil boneless chicken breasts in water with salt and a dash of pepper.
    Remove chicken and cut into small bite size pieces.
    Mix 1 1/2 cups grated cheese with chicken in a bowl and set aside.
