Basil Roasted Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 ears fresh corn
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. dried basil
Preparation
    Remove husks and silks from corn.
    Place each ear on a piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
    Brush with olive oil; sprinkle with basil.
    Roll foil around corn and twist at each end.
    Grill over medium-hot coals (300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0) for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Turn at 5-minute intervals.
    Yields 6 servings.
