Stew For Two - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
4 carrots, cut in half
4 stalks celery, cut in half
2 onions, quartered
1/2 lb. stew beef (in chunks)
1 envelope Lipton beefy mushroom soup
3 c. water
Preparation

In large casserole dish, place potatoes, carrots, celery, onions and stew beef.
In small mixing bowl, mix soup mix and water.
Pour over vegetables and meat in casserole dish.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for about 1 1/2 hours or until done.
