Ham, Sausage Or Bacon Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs, beaten
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    6 slices soft bread, cubed
    1 lb. sausage, cooked or cut up equivalent of cooked ham or bacon
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    onion and parsley flakes to taste
Preparation
    Mix well and pour into a 9 x 12-inch pan or dish.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Next morning, preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Can be cut in half or doubled with good results.
    Cut into squares to serve.
    Serves 6.
    Great as main breakfast dish, served with fruit juice or fruit salad.
