Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups diced potatoes
    2 cups diced celery
    1 cup diced onion
    8 cups water
    8 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 pkg. chopped broccoli
    3 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 lb. velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook first five items for 30 minutes.
    Add broccoli and cook 20 minutes.
    Add cheese and soup, cook until melted.
    (I melt the cheese in the microwave first.)
