American Fruit Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Pillsbury All-Ready pie crust
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. whipped cream
    assorted fresh fruit*
    1/4 c. apricot preserves
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    On lightly floured surface, roll pastry to 12-inch circle. Place in 10-inch tart pan or quiche dish (9-inch pie plate may be substituted).
    Prick bottom and sides of pastry with fork.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown.
    Cool.
