Mini Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 English muffins, split and toasted
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. sliced hot dogs, smoked sausage or pepperoni
Italian seasoning

Preparation

Spread toasted muffins with tomato sauce.
Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and cheese.
Top with meat.
Place on baking sheet.
Bake at 425\u00b0 until cheese melts.
Serves 4.
